I am so passionate about the positive impact a dog can have on a person’s life that I created this business ‘Puppy Pawfection Ltd’ & followed my heart to share my knowledge & skills to help others. My Dogs at one stage in my life did save me & I will be forever grateful to them.

I can not begin to tell you how much research has been invested into the positive impacts a dog can provide not only physically but also mentally! Interaction from a dog can offer comfort and companionship and when a special bond is created it can have a positive impact on your wellbeing & mental health!

Spending time with a dog can create positive emotions, reduce anxiety, stress & sadness. lower blood pressure. Interaction with a dog can offer comfort & companionship and improve our social interaction skills. Simply stroking a dog reduces our stress hormone -cortisol and increases a feel-good hormone - oxytocin ( these are the same hormones that bond a Mummy & Baby!)

Research has proven that dog therapy can help people suffering from grief, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and dementia to name a few.

Daisy my 8 year old Westie is my current Therapy Dog; She is friendly, sociable, patient, confident & enjoys nothing more than cuddles & interaction with people. In the future I look forward to training my new tiny puppies to provide the same service.
